Please remember that UPS cannot deliver to a PO BOX.
Return Policy
All returns must be approved by the RMA department and be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization Code.
Damaged products can be returned for replacement only; and
have been determined to be a manufacturer’s defect.
We only accept returns-for-refund (of the purchase price) on unopened product.
Flags cannot be returned for wear. While flags are safe
at higher speeds, they will deteriorate more rapidly.
