  • All orders will be processed in three (3) business days.
    Spirit Sports, L.L.C. recognizes all national holidays.
  • Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email
    with your UPS tracking number
  • Please remember that UPS cannot deliver to a PO BOX.

Return Policy

  • All returns must be approved by the RMA department and be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization Code.
  • Damaged products can be returned for replacement only; and
    have been determined to be a manufacturer’s defect.
  • We only accept returns-for-refund (of the purchase price) on unopened product.
  • Flags cannot be returned for wear. While flags are safe
    at higher speeds, they will deteriorate more rapidly.
